I'm a Principal Software Engineer at Microsoft with over 15 years of experience building and leading teams that develop complex, enterprise-grade software systems.
My work sits at the intersection of Systems Engineering and Agentic AI. I focus on building production-ready AI agent systems that are reliable, scalable, and truly autonomousβnot just sophisticated chatbots.
π― My Philosophy: Scale by Subtraction
I believe the next generation of AI scaling won't come from adding more tokens or parameters, but from subtracting complexity. My approach emphasizes:
